We would be glad to receive your complaints or suggestions in order to address any issues which you may have with your care and to help us improve our service.

We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of an NHS system for dealing with complaints.

In the first instance please contact our practice manager, Ms Chippendale in order to discuss your concerns.

She will explain the procedure to you and make sure your concerns are dealt with promptly.
