The practice welcomes new patients who are moving into the practice area (see map). When registering with the practice you will be offered an appointment with the nurse or doctor for a general health check and to review your previous medical history and medications.
When changing doctors surgery please ensure that you have enough of your medication to last a couple of weeks. There is sometimes a delay in receiving your old medical records which makes it difficult to continue your old prescription.
