At Earby Surgery we provide a telephone consultation service.

• Each doctor until recently has provided 30 minutes of telephone consultations during the working day.
• Due to increased demand this time has increased to 30 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the afternoon
• Phone call times for each doctor do vary. As you can imagine, phone call times can be busy.
• Due to demand on the service you may experience difficulty getting through on the phone, and may be asked to be patient while waiting for us to deal with the earlier calls.
• You may find it easier to use our new 'bookable' phone call time. You leave us your number and the doctor will phone you back at the pre-arranged time.

Please understand that complex problems are often best dealt with face-to-face at the surgery in a routine appointment.
